• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and full payment for the scheduled service will still apply.
• Therapist Accommodation: We will do our best to accommodate therapist requests, however we are not responsible if the therapist is unavailable or is sick or running late. Things do happen and we will do our best to make sure your massage is with the therapist of your choice.
